Bucket conveyos
Capacity from 50 to 100 t / h. height up to 50 meters. Segmental construction. Can be made of carbon or stainless steel. Manufacturer of drives and gears according to customer requirements.
Vibrating chutes
Vibrating chutes with a capacity of up to 100 t / h. depending on the drive used, they can be used as transporting or dosing material. Due to the needs, it can be equipped with linings made of wear-resistant steel or plastic.
Belt conveyors
We make belt conveyors with a capacity of up to 100 t / h and a length of up to 50 meters. We offer one-way and two-way (reversible) conveyors. We also offer weighing conveyors with a weighing accuracy of 2%.
Dump pipes
Elements without which no glassworks can operate. We design each pipe from scratch based on the existing situation and customer requirements. Our offer includes fixed and rotating pipes (they enable redirection of the glass in the event of a failure of the scraper conveyor). Pipes intended for hot drop are equipped with cooling water connection stubs.
Pneumatic transport
A bulk material transport system that uses compressed air to move raw materials. The system enables effective unloading of materials from trucks into silos. Due to the fact that it is a completely closed system, it does not cause dust. Equipped with the option of compressed air "boosters", it can transport materials over very long distances. We offer a turnkey pneumatic transport installation - from the design phase, through production, to assembly and commissioning.
